At Argent, we want you to feel confident in your wardrobe. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
